The machines movements are dictated by the operator who sits in the cab. The overhead feature likely consists of a metal roof designed to protect the operator from falling objects. Hydraulic tilt cylinders mounted to the mast and the frame. These tilts turn the mast so as to engage the load. The mast is a vertical assembly which lifts and lowers the load with the interlocking rails to provide lateral stability.
